I have wanted to put together a post about my favourite gifts for plant lovers for a while! I adore all things plants (seriously, my house is currently resembling the Eden Project!) and there are so many fab things out there for all budgets!

I have picked just a handful of my favourite things and thought I would share them! All the links are directly below the images, but I will talk you through them, because I have experienced many of the businesses/experiences mentioned and so know what fab pressies these would make!

1. Eden Project membership / 2. Rare plant cuttings from Brookes Botanicals on Etsy / 3. Cool, hand-illustrated plant pots by Succa for Succulents on Etsy / 4. Leafy stationery by ME! / 5. Plant cuttings to die for by Plantasia Houseplants on Etsy

I had to include the Eden Project (no:1) because it would make such a wonderful gift for someone. Based just an hour away from us here in Cornwall, it is one of my favourite places to visit. There are two biomes, one themed around a traditional Mediterranean garden/environment and the other a tropical paradise. It is so beautiful and curated with such a wonderful sensitivity to educating us about our planet. Plus, there are some wonderful cafes and gift shops too. It makes a truly wonderful day out for any age.

TWO/THREE
I purchased two cuttings from Brookes Botanicals (no:2) very recently and I was blown away by the customer service and the way that the cuttings were so wonderfully packaged up. Cuttings are a great gift for someone who is a little more into their plants and likes to watch them grow. I think a combination of some little pots (no:3) and cuttings would be such a cute gift, don’t you?

FOUR
I couldn’t do a plant themed gift list without popping some Leaf Lane Stationery in could I?! These best sellers are a favourite for treating yourself or someone else! Who doesn’t need a to-do list and notepad for heavens sake!

FIVE
I’ve already mentioned cuttings, but if rare plants aren’t what you’re looking for, why not go for some trusty favourites like these ‘string of pearls’ from Plantasia Houseplants (another fave shop of mine!). I recently got myself a few new cuttings to grow, including the variegated string of pearls (pictured) and some gorgeous string of turtles! The great thing about cuttings is that they are so affordable, so buying them for a present is simple. If you want to add to the gift, why not buy a propagation station, like the one below (no:4).

1. Bespoke botanical initial painting by Leaf Lane Studio / 2. Terranium kit from Jar & Fern on Etsy / 3. Woodland Trust membership / 4. Hanging propagation station by Ivy Workshop Store on Etsy / 5. National Trust membership / 6. Bespoke painting with customised flowers, colours and quote by Leaf Lane Studio!

If you are looking for something unique for your loved one, but you are working with a slightly restricted budget, these cute initial paintings could be what you need! I paint these to order, so allow a little bit of time if you are searching for a gift. I can always post it to your loved one for you to help speed up the process if needed! These have been really popular gifts for all ages and come in sizes really affordable to frame too. For more details have a little look here.

TWO
I started a small terrarium last summer and I love it! I bought a kit on Etsy, which gave me all the things I needed to layer it correctly (who new you needed deactivated charcoal!) and it came with some little plants too. There are so many options to choose from online, but what a lovely gift idea for someone!

THREE & FIVE
I thought I would group these two together as they are both memberships. We have the National Trust membership, and it is such a joy! Not only does it get us into endless stunning properties and gardens but it also covers many car parks too, especially here in Cornwall where there are loads that are looked after by the National Trust!

I have never had a Woodland Trust membership but know people who love it. I would have them all if I could to be honest! I think it is wonderful to have all the nature options at your fingertips!

FOUR
A propagation station will never be turned down by a plant enthusiast! I use old glasses and jars but how lovely is this hanging one from Etsy?! As I mentioned above, the combination of a cutting and a pretty little propagation set would be heaven!

SIX
My bespoke floral paintings are a super special gift for someone you love. They are popular for weddings, big birthdays, newborns, engagements and for those special moments you want to remember. I mostly paint quotes and important dates but am open to suggestions! If you are interested in commissioning me to work on something for you please read this page and then get in touch!

There you have it! All my favourite ideas for those plant lovers in your life! What are your favourites?
